An embroidered blue morpho shown from above, pinned with its wings spread: broad near-triangular forewings with a concave outer edge and scalloped hindwings, two blues in sweeping bands with the deeper blue running along the inner edge of each wing into the body, a narrow black border and three white marks at each forewing tip.
