Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you visit or buy from the Wild by miniblank site, and how we use and protect it.

What we collect: when you order: your name, email, shipping address, mobile number, order details and what you write to us. Payment happens on the Shopify checkout; payment providers process your card directly and we never see the full number.

Emails: the sign-up form opens your mail app with a message to wild@miniblank.com. If you send it, we use your address only to tell you about new designs from Wild by miniblank, and remove it whenever you ask, by replying to any email or writing to us.

Why: to make, ship and fulfil your order, contact you about it, answer your questions and improve the site, and, with your permission, to measure our ads and show them to people who visited the site.

Who we share it with: the store and checkout platform (Shopify), the production partner that makes and ships your piece, carriers and payment providers, only as far as your order needs; and the analytics and advertising services described below. We never sell your data for money.

Cookies: the site keeps your bag in your browser, and the checkout (Shopify) uses the cookies it needs to complete your order. With your permission (see "Your choice"), we also use cookies and similar browser storage for analytics and advertising, as described below.

Analytics: we count visits and see how the site is used with Cloudflare Web Analytics (it sets no cookies), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (it records how pages are used, such as taps and scrolling, so we can see where the site is hard to use; it hides what you type into forms), and our own visit log. Our visit log records the pages and steps of a visit (such as viewing a product, adding it to the bag or tapping checkout), the ad or link tags in the address you arrived from, your country, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and a random visitor number kept in your browser. It never records your name, email, phone number, address or IP address.

Advertising: we use the advertising tools of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including Google Ads and YouTube), TikTok, Snap, X, Pinterest and Microsoft to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited the site. These tools receive what you view and add to your bag here, with the item, its price and currency, and the ad-click tag in the address you arrived from, and they may set cookies or use similar identifiers. When you buy, the checkout (Shopify) shares the order, such as the items and their value, with Meta, Google, TikTok and Snap; this can include your contact details in hashed (scrambled) form, so each service can match the order to an ad. Pinterest, X and Microsoft receive only the purchase (the items and their value), without contact details. Each service also handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Ad-click tags: when you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we keep its tags (such as utm_source or fbclid) in your browser for 7 days and attach them to your bag and order, so we know which ad or link led to it. Without your permission for advertising, we keep only the campaign tags (utm_…), not the click identifiers.

Your choice: if you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, analytics and advertising stay off until you allow them in the cookie banner. Elsewhere they are on by default, and you can turn either off at any time in Cookie settings. Turning one off deletes the cookies this site set for it in your browser; cookies the services set on their own sites are managed in your browser or on those sites.

How long: we keep order data for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to wild@miniblank.com.

Changes: we may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page.
